Non-stop partying, loud music, parking illegally, and rude behavior are just a few reasons why [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] won’t be winning a World’s Best Neighbor Contest anytime soon.

Numerous parking tickets hasn’t stoped Chris Brown from parking his expensive cars in handicapped spots. He’s been warned many times by the condominium’s building manager, who is getting tired of the act and plans to tow the cars if they are spotted there again.

His neighbors are also getting tired of the act, who have complained of hearing dog races in the hallways at all hours of the day. Brown has only been there for a few months and is already driving his neighbors insane by loud music, excessive partying, and overall rudeness in part by the singer.

Another interesting facet to the story: An elevator was vandalized in the building with initials “C.B.” carved into the door. Hmmmm wonder who that was?
