Only problem is… he’s 19.  Oops. 

Josh was spotted by TMZ leaving a place called Ralph’s grocery store in Sherman Oaks, California.  In his bag was a bottle of Macallan Estate Reserve whiskey.  That stuff is $140 a bottle.  Nice work if you can get it. 

So, now that the pics have surfaced, which you can check out here, it looks like someone at Ralph’s is gonna get canned.  Sources say Josh used a FAKE ID to buy the booze, and the folks at Ralph’s should have been able to figure that out.  I mean the kid looks like he’s 15, he doesn’t look like he can vote much less buy alcohol.
