Neon Trees stopped by the Mix 104.1 studio this afternoon to talk to Gregg Daniels & Fast Freddy before their invitation only, performance in the Mix Lounge. They are in Boston to play the legendary Paradise Rock Club on Commonwealth Ave tonight.
The last time Gregg & Freddy met the band was at The Grammy Awards in February, so they had some catching up to do. As the conversation went, on Gregg Daniels asked drummer Elaine Bradley if she was pregnant and Elaine looked BEYOND surprised.
But Elaine then informed Gregg & Freddy that this was the FIRST time talking about it & that they were in fact announcing it to the world! At one point, frontman Tyler Glenn joked that one of the guys in the band was the father before recanting.
“This is the first time we’re talking about it,” she says, “you’re breaking the news on the air right now.”
Everyone laughed and we wished Elaine all the best with her baby and Neon Trees continued success. After the interview, Elaine informed us that she is 6 months along.
