The Bank of America Pavilion played host to the angelic singing voice and poignant piano of Sarah McLachlan Friday night in Boston. Many Twitter users who went to the show tell the story.
As is the case with just about any weekend show on the Boston waterfront, the MBTA packed with McLachlan fans clamoring to get to the Pavilion in time for the show, which apparently sold out. One T rider was less than thrilled to see them pile in.
Ughh all the Sarah McLachlan crowd is on the t. #bostonnightmares—

McLachlan has become well-known in recent years for lending her music to anti-animal cruelty commercials, often depicting sad dogs and other pets set to “Angel” or some similarly heartbreaking ballad. People had the commercials on their minds before the show even started…
Sarah McLachlan at work tonight. Seriously hoping she doesn't decide to play any sad animal videos on the screen while she's singing.—

…And by the time the show was over, the songs had taken their hold.

There were also some fans who snapped photos of McLachlan in action! No puppy videos but the show seems lively from the looks of photos from @KPAnderson, who tweeted Instagrams here and here. And @WillMillDesign seemed to enjoy himself!
