Karson & Kennedy held an intervention for Salt about his hair Friday morning. The show was just fed up with his constantly filthy, unkempt hair making him look like a hobo. So Kennedy brought in hair stylist Sam from Shag on Summer St. in South Boston, who gave Salt a fresh head of hair that everyone agrees was necessary and 100% worth it.

Of course, they made it interesting by surprising Salt with the haircut live on the air! Check out the video above to see the entire process and Salt’s great new hairdo.
