Todd Gutner, the weatherman at our sister station WBZ-TV, had to do a bit of improvising during his newscast yesterday.

While the extreme weather pounded Boston, the power was lost during WBZ’s broadcast… right in the middle of Todd’s weather report. The show stayed on the air despite no lights, and Todd continued his analysis. The weather screen provided the lone light in the studio, so Todd’s silhouette was featured for the rest of his time on screen.
