Tonight’s MBQ: Does liking your boss’s posts on Facebook, or re-tweeting, plus 1-ing, etc., digital brown-nosing?

A buddy of mine was complaining that one of his co-workers is a major suck-up by “liking” every single wall post, picture of her kids and check-in that their boss posts on Facebook.

He’s convinced this co-worker got a promotion and raise because of it. Is he just a bitter, grumpy, no fun havin’ ogre or is it legit for him to be upset that his co-worker is kissing the boss’s tail via social media?
