I had zero clue about what was allowed and what was frowned upon when it came to food & pregnancy until I did some research. (Thankfully, I did that BEFORE I was pregnant!) You’re not supposed to have lunch meat. Who would know that if you didn’t look into the topic?! Want blue cheese on that salad? Not for 9 months, ya don’t. Are you a cookie-dough fan? Eh-sorry, no raw eggs for you! (Not that this is ever a great idea, but there’s never been a batch of dough I didn’t at least taste before cooking. Until now!)
Obviously alcohol is out-but most people know that one from the get go. What I miss is SUSHI!! But anything raw is a no, no. So I wanted to know, what did you miss-if anything-while you were pregnant??
