A new Facebook app now helps you pinpoint who in your circle of networking might have made you sick. The “Help, My Friend Gave Me the Flu” app takes at least some of the guesswork out of finding out who is sick with the flu by scrolling through posts on Facebook and zeroing in on phrases and words that may signify sickness with the flu.
The Facebook app also examines those Facebook users who update their statuses or add additional information on their Facebook page in the late night hours or early morning hours of a day, assuming that when one is sick they stay up late fighting the flu or other ailments.
Not only are you given a profile of those who may be sick with the flu using the new app, but you can also notify an ill friend that they infected you or have the potential to infect others around them.
