Fall Out Boy Could Be Working In Movies Soon

Last night, Fall Out Boy rocked the House of Blues for Mix 104.1’s annual holiday concert, Not So Silent Night. Before they took the stage, they hung out with Karson, Kennedy, and Salt backstage.

They drove through the night from a radio station concert in Detroit to join us in Boston on Wednesday night.

“It’s a nice way to be able to, at the end of the year, say thanks for the support from the fans and the stations,” Pete Wentz told Karson & Kennedy. “We know we’re a weird band for radio in general.”

In addition to playing holiday concerts, the boys of Fall Out Boy have been pretty busy, Salt just hung out with them at a mansion party in Malibu a few weeks ago, prior to them playing Not So Silent Night. However, they’ve been working on some other projects as well.

“We just shot the video for the song we did with Demi [Lovato], Irresistible, which is absolutely bonkers, the video, I think, is going to be,” Wentz said. “There’s a couple of movie soundtracks where they were like, would you guys be interested in writing for, so that’s out there a little bit.”

Between movies and mansion parties, 2016 looks like it could be an interesting year for Fall Out Boy.
