Jimmy Kimmel & Matt Damon Return to Couples Counselling On Late Night TV

There are some long-standing issues between late night host Jimmy Kimmel and actor Matt Damon, this much we know.

Kimmel and the Massachusetts-born actor have been feuding for years, with Damon wanting to be on Kimmel’s late night show on ABC, and Kimmel flatly “refusing.”

The two have been trying to work things out using couples counselling as part of a segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Their second such sketch aired last night on the late night show.

“It’s technically stalking,” Kimmel said to the therapist in the sketch.

“Not if you’re invited. The judge was very clear about that,” retorted Damon. “If you just stopped inviting me, then maybe I wouldn’t come. But you invite me everyday, you say I’m going to be on the show, and I’ve never been on the show. And so I took matters into my own hands.”
