Britney Spears Teaches Girls How To Dance, And Who Madonna Is

by Alisha Jackson

Britney Spears may occasionally forget what she says in interviews, or who she meets (sorry Taylor!), but there’s one thing the 90’s teen queen will never forget — how to strike a pose!

Britney is currently on break from her Piece of Me Vegas residency, but that doesn’t mean she can sit back and relax. With the recent release of her ninth studio album, Glory, the pop star’s been busy doing press nonstop.

Despite being one busy mama, Britney found some time over the weekend to do what she loves most – teach dance.

Class today 👯👯

Not only did this lucky group of girls get to learn from one of the biggest dance icons in history (my friends and I basically joined dance so we could practice Britney moves in the mirror after class), but she also gave them an important life lesson on the original queen of pop.

Britney’s always been very public about her love for Madonna. Back in 2003, this happened at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Then a few months later, the two collaborated on the song “Me Against the Music.”

It’s cool to see that thirteen years later, Britney is still blasting the Madonna tunes at home. Just last month, she posted a video of herself warming up to “Vogue.”

Pre-show warm up! Wishing a happy belated birthday to @madonna!! 💋

And now she’s inadvertently teaching a whole new generation about Madge by syncing her dance lessons up to the pop queen. Watch Britney in her element below!

It's sooo great to teach!
