Mariah Carey’s Diet Consists of These Two Foods

Wait, the salmon diet is a real thing? We thought A Cinderella Story made it up!

Apparently, the omega-3 filled fish is basically all Mariah Carey eats. That, and capers.

“My diet, you would hate it,” Mimi shared on E! News. “All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it.”

Mariah clarified that she was “actually serious” to the host, but did make it sound like other proteins make appearances in her diet here and there. “I try to stick with the proteins,” she added. “It’s the worst.”
