Bey’s picks are a mish-mash of things you might expect her to wear on-stage as Mrs. Carter for her current world tour, dresses she could rock on a beach, and red carpet wear. Her boutique choices include designs from Halston Heritage, Badgley Mischka, Versace, Opening Ceremony, Erin Fetherston — and, surprisingly, a Kate Spade chiffon and sparkles t-shirt dress even makes an appearance. The overarching theme seems to be: short and sparkly just like her Julien Macdonald-designed tour costumes.

In addition to the dresses, Beyoncé curated some of her favorite accessories, including a Rebecca Minkoff off-white clutch, Kenneth Jay Lane ruby drop earrings and a Lulu Frost silver and crystal cuff.

In March, Jepsen revealed her partnership with American Idol and Coca-Cola for their Perfect Harmony campaign. The eight-week project had fans involved in everything from the lyrics to what she’d wear onstage to perform the song on the American Idol finale.

The finished product was released Tuesday (May 21) to iTunes, but fans saw the final results on last week’s episode of American Idol. Prancing around the stage singing that she’ll “take a picture of you taking a picture of me,” the end product is one very catchy, synthy summer jam, albeit a meta one.

On Saturday, Mary Jane sold herself a ticket for the massive Powerball drawing.  She picked the numbers based on her favorite NASCAR drivers.

(The numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22, 26, and 52.  Those match up with Danica Patrick, Casey Mears, Tony Stewart, Joey Logano, Josh Wise, and, well, no one.  There’s currently no number 52.)

She matched all five numbers and only missed the Powerball, which earned her a quick $1 MILLION.  She’s one of only two people who hit all five without the Powerball on Saturday.

Amazingly, it was her second win of the week.  She won $500 at the Powerball drawing last Wednesday.

And she says she plans on keeping her new job at the gas station.  She’ll use the money to go on a trip with her son to Hawaii, and of course, to go to some NASCAR races.

Of course, the case could be that most people simply haven’t visited these cities at all, not just the major landmarks associated with them. So if you feel like you haven’t really lived because you haven’t been to any of these places, don’t worry – you’re in the majority.

According to the survey, there’s just one major landmark that more than half of Americans have visited…The Las Vegas Strip.

Not sure how a 4-mile strip of road with hundreds of buildings is considered a single landmark, but hey let’s not let that get in the way of a good survey.

Nicky’s boyfriend Tom is a musician in a local band. They used to be in harmony, but now things have gone flat.

Tom used to invite Nicky to attend all his shows in and around Boston, which she enjoyed doing. But lately, he hasn’t extended the invite.

Suspecting something was up, Nicky secretly went to one of his shows and could have sworn she saw his ex-girlfriend! That’s when she enlisted Karson and Kennedy for help…

I guess Richie is upset with an interview Jon gave to the “London Evening Standard” (the same one where he hated on Bieber) when he suggested that Richie was absent for the same reason he was two years ago… booze.

He also implied Richie was replaceable.   Jon said “It’s getting more and more difficult every day to not just sit here and say something, because all I can say is this ‘it’s for personal reasons’.  He’s been through this before, fortunately the same guy who filled in the last time was available this time.  Life goes on.   You have a choice, you either figure it out,  go and grow, not only survive but thrive.  Or, you say, ‘I hate my brother and I’m gonna quit the band.’”

I can’t decide what side I land on here, but I’m pretty much in love with that clothing line, so I’m going shopping.

There are some changes coming for DWTS and American Idol.  Looks like they are changing up the judges… again.

DWTS might be getting rid of Carrie Ann and Len.   Idol is thinking of having former Idol contestants as judges.

I LOVE this idea.  According to the internet, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson have been approached.

Other names on the table include Adam Lambert and Clay Aiken.

Amanda Bynes just might out-crazy herself.  The latest from her crazy palace is this.  She was trying to get on a plane in New Jersey, but her license is expired.  You have to have a government ID to fly.  We all know this.  She doesn’t.  Or just thinks the fact that she’s Amanda Bynes is enough.  Well, when the gate agent said she could not come on board, she told them to check Google.  I swear.  I couldn’t make this up.

And finally this morning, it’s tough to be Leonardo DiCaprio.  Really tough.  He’s currently out supporting The Great Gatsby, doing red carpet stuff, you know the deal.  However, the whole cast showed up in Sydney to have the premiere.  Minus Leo.  He said he had a “schedule change”.  What was that schedule change?  Hitting on models in Cannes.  Here are pics of the schedule change.

The good news:  A new study found that eating a ton of candy is not bad for you.  It doesn’t make you chubby and it doesn’t increase your risk of heart disease.

The bad news: The study was sponsored by the National Confectioners Association, a group that’s funded by the candy industry to promote their business.  So, it’s hard to think they were completely objective.

The study found 96% of adults in the U.S. eat candy.  And the ones who eat the most were not more likely to be overweight or have a higher risk of heart disease than people who don’t eat candy.

The people who ran the study say it’s not a pass to go eat an unlimited amount of candy, but, quote, “most people are treating themselves to candy without increasing their risk of obesity or cardiovascular disease.”
