Tonight’s MBQs: What Do YOU steal from work? (If you’re not ready to come clean, what do your “friends” steal from the office?)

Ever get caught?

Ever see someone stealing and confront them? Did ya tell?

New survey out says two thirds of us have stolen office supplies from work. The most stolen item? Post-it notes! Yep those little yellow squares top the list…followed by tape, scissors and TOILET PAPER! Printer paper, notepads, pens, staplers, highlighters and USB memory sticks are also on the list. Believe it or not, it all adds up to a cost of $3.2 Billion a year for companies.

With $52 million in earnings over the last year, Lopez is raking in the bucks, but according to the magazine her power has more to do with her growing resume.

Along with her gig on Idol–where she raked in a cool 20 million for season two–she reignited her singing career with 2011′s Love?, which featured her hit single “On the Floor.”

She heads back to the big screen with the pregnancy comedy, What To Expect When You’re Expecting this weekend, but has dominated the small screen with commercials for L’Oreal, Gillette and Fiat. And even teamed up with her ex-husband Marc Anthony for the Latin talent competition show, Q’Viva: The Chosen.

If that wasn’t enough, any one of J.Lo’s over 7 million Twitter followers (yes, a strong social media presence makes you powerful too) looking to cop her style can check out her new clothing line at Kohl’s and then pick up Glow or one of her 17 other fragrances.

The magazine points out that Idol helped revive Lopez’s career after she stumbled with 2006′s El Cantante, which featured ex-hubbie Marc Anthony, and Como Ama una Mujerand, the all-Spanish album she released in 2007. But the judge, who’s touring this summer with Enrique Iglesias, says it might be time to call it quits.

“I miss doing other things,” she said on Ellen this week. “It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being three and four.”

But now that her twins, Max and Emme, are getting ready to go to school the single mom doesn’t know if staying on for season three is a good fit.

With nearly two years under her belt, Lopez has learned a few things and recently shared some sound advice with the new X Factor judges Demi Lovato and Britney Spears, who plans to look good for her TV debut.

“You don’t have to be tough,” she told Access Hollywood. “There’s not one way to do that, reality TV, and those competition shows [are] about being yourself. It’s about being your best self, and I think that’s the most important thing.”

She also paid the two ladies a few compliments saying, “I was like, ‘Live TV! Eek.’ It’s a big thing to take on, but I think they’re both more than capable to handle it.”

Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga, who held the top spot in 2011, join Lopez on this year’s Forbes Celebrity 100 list.

Behind the Scenes With One Direction

One Direction have been busy promoting their debut album Up All Night but that hasn’t kept them from keeping their fans in the know.

In their most recent video diaries the band takes fans behind the scenes of award show dress rehearsals and their Saturday Night Live performance.

“Tonight was one of those things that was quite a legendary thing to do and something that you felt honored to do as well. Not many people can say that they’ve been on Saturday Night Live and especially at our age. Doing the skit as well was so much fun and performing our music,” Liam Payne said.

Liam went on to express his gratitude to his fans and surprise at the band’s success.

“We thought we’d release it the U.K. but never ever get to a point where we’d be performing on one of the biggest TV shows in America that’s watched by so many millions of viewers,” he said.

“It’s mad that we got to this point. That’s why I came home and went straight onto the web cam because I thought that it was important that we went on and said hi to the fans and thank you very much for getting us to where we are because it’s literally all about the fans.”

Meanwhile, in the video clip “One Direction in America” the boys let fans in on the ideas behind their Kids Choice Awards performance.

Alanis Morissette On Dancing With The Stars

C BS Local got to catch up with the singer today to ask how it felt to be back on stage and be a part of a TV show like this one.

As all fans of Dancing With the Stars get to see, a lot goes into the airing of each show. As a performer, Alanis confirmed that she had to run through 2-3 rehearsals before taking the stage last night.

But when it came time to go live, she had to work on concentrating during her performance, “It was great performing on stage, it was a trip when a couple of beautiful people are dancing in front of me as was the case last night. I had to look away so I could stay focused on my lyrics and my song, because I was so [taken] with their dancing.”

But what were things like backstage last night during the semi-finals?

“There was a lot going on, there was a lot of energy in the room,” Alanis says, “and a lot of people holding their breath, waiting for news. A lot of people walking by in very colorful costumes and there were a few mohawks last night. I had my son my son with me and he was very excited by some of the pink hair.”

Her husband was also with her last night for her return to performing and was able to greet her once she left the stage. “

My main concern is if it sounds great, I’m such a sonic music person, and then secondarily how it looked. My husband is very very supportive of me, he’s an artist himself, so he understand the vulnerablities coming off stage wide eyed, ya know? He immediately said, ‘It sounded so good.’”

While she didn’t get to talk with her fellow singers also featured on the show that night, she did get to watch both Carrie Underwood and Mary J Blige’s, which she loved.

Alanis also admits to now being a fan of DWTS.

“I’ve never watched the show,” she admits, “but after having watched it in order to do some research for last night, I can see how it can be very addictive and it would be very dangerous for me. It would be a slippery slope.”

And yes, she admits she will be watching next week’s finale.

Fun. Cover Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know” With Special Guest

Yesterday while in London at BBC Radio 1′s Live Lounge, fun., like so many other before them, tried their hand at a cover of Gotye’s hit song.

They brought in a little help from Paramore singer Hayley Williams to take on the part originally handled by Kimbra, but she wasn’t able to be there in person.

Instead, while fun. strummed away across the pond, Hayley joined in from Los Angeles at the legendary Capitol Records recording studio where she and her band Paramore are currently working on their 4th album.

Before tackling the intercontinental performance, she and fun. also rehearsed the track, which she tweeted about:

June 15 is right around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited. The Broadway hit, ROCK OF AGES is coming to the big screen, very soon. Thanks to the fabulous dou of Director Adam Shankman (“Hairspray”), and the talented and wonderful, Justin Theroux.

You’ve heard me bragging about my cousin Justin, for a long time now. I just knew growing up, that he was destined for big things and brilliance. Justin is beyond talented, more importantly, he’s a kind, caring and wonderful man. His acting spans back to our improv plays on the beach on Cape Cod when we were 6 and 7 years old. He continued acting and writing, and what alot of people don’t know, he is also a gifted artist. His resume spans back years. Early days consisted of, ”I shot Andy Warhol”, How can we forget, “Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion?”Appearances on “Ally McBeal” and” SIX FEET UNDER” , “The Broken Hearts Club” with Reese Witherspoon, “Mulholland Drive”, “American Psycho”, and “Charlie’s Angel’s: Full Throttle”, just only to name a few! Justin was also the voice of Megamind’s father. And who didn’t love “Tropic Thunder”, that Justin wrote with his buddy, Mr. Stiller. Finally, can I tell you how exited my kids were when Justin wrote the smash, “IRON MAN 2?” Now, my favorite Broadway hit, “ ROCK OF AGES”.

When Neon Trees stopped by CBS Local we asked them if they believe in horoscopes.

“I don’t believe in it, but I love it,” said singer Tyler Glenn. “I think it’s so entertaining. I’m a Sagittarius and there are so many thing about Sagittarius that are applicable to me. But I don’t use it as a daily tool.”

Glenn compared astrology to fortune cookies in terms of reliability, sparking drummer Elaine Bradley to remark, “I love fortune cookies because 90% of them aren’t even fortunes. They’re sayings.”

The practice of astrology dates back to before the birth of Christ, but fortune cookies don’t even come from China. A similar cookie is served in parts of Japan, but by and large it’s an American invention. While the tenants of astrology are based in star positions, and their impact on your traits and personality, fortune cookies are mostly written by Donald Lau, a vice president at Wonton Food.

So, your options are: believe in the stars or believe in Donald Lau.
