This September 22, 2009 combination files photo shows NFL New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady(R) and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen. It was reported by NBC sports on Tuesday that the couple are being sued by two photographers who claim they were shot at by members of a security team while attempting to get pictures during the couple's April nuptial celebration. A lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York claiming that Brady and Bundchen negligently hired and trained the security team, and that they permitted the hired muscle to "discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound."
